It has already been midnight. Me and my other two friends are walking in the empty narrow streets, searching for our hostel. Sometimes we get lost, and we understand this when we reach to a dead end or when a canal crosses our way. But it is normal because we are in Venice!!!
Hayatım boyunca görmeyi en çok istediğim yerde olduğum için bütün geceyi yerimde zıplayarak geçirdim. (Evet, endorfin ben de zıplama etkisi yaratıyor!) Zaten yapacak başka da birşey yoktu, çünkü Venedik deyince kimsenin aklına çılgın gece hayatı gelmez. Olan birkaç bar saatler 12'yi gösterdiğinde kapanıyor. Zıplamaktan yorgun düştüğümde uyudum, ertesi sabah erkenden kalkıp Venedeki kanallarının üstünde zıplamaya devam ettim. Eğer aynı tarihlerde Venedik'te olanınız varsa ve zıplayan bir kız gördüyseniz, o bendim!
Just because I was in the place that i wanted to see for all through my life, i spent all night by jumping! (yes, endorphin makes e jump!) Besides, there wasn't anything else to do because noone remembers the crazy nightlife when you say Venice. There are a few bars but they all close at midnight. When I was tired of jumping, i slept. The next day i woke up really early, and i continued jumping on the canals. If you were in Venice on the same dates with me and if you saw a girl jumping all the time, it was me!

You can start seeing Venice from Piazza San Marco. Your first stop in this square can be San Marco Cathedral. Of course there's a long line in front of th cathedral but don't worry, it is goes fast. Or you can try guided tours. There're two different kinds of tours. Prices are about 15-20€. One of them takes you to the secret passages inside the cathedral, the other gives you the chance to touch to the mosaics. But if you don't want to give money, there's a free guided tour inside the cathedral everyday, at 11.00 am.

Hemen katedralin yanındaki Düka Sarayı'nın önündeki kuyruk daha uzun ve daha yavaş. Eğer bir zamanların hükümet binasını ve Dük'ün evini görmek istiyorsanız birazcık daha sabırlı olmalısınız.
Near to the Cathedral, in front of the Doge Palace, there's a longer and slower line. But if you want to see the government building and the house of the Duke, you should be more patient.
Bu meydanda yapılacak bir başka güzel şey de Çan Kulesi. Kulenin üstünden izleyeceğiniz Venedik manzarası gerçekten nefes kesici. Merak etmeyin kuleye asansörle çıkılıyor :)
Another thing to be done in the cathedral is climbing to Campanile. The Venice view that you will see from the tower is breathtaking. Don't worry there's an elevator.
Venedik'i Venedik yapan kanalları ve köprüleridir. Dolayısıyla bütün kanalları ya da köprüleri göremeyecek olsanız da Canal Grande'yi, Rialto , Accademia, Sighs, Yalınayak köprülerini görün. Rialto Köprüsü ve etrafı oldukça hareketli bir yer, alışveriş yapabileceğiniz çok sayıda dükkan var.
What makes Venice that popular is its canals and briges. So even though you can't see all the canals or all the bridges at least you should see Canal Grande, Rialto Bridge, Accademia Bridge, Bridge of Sighs, Bridge of the Barefoot. Rialto Bridge is a very nice place to do shopping.

Ve tabi ki vazgeçilmez bir Venedik klasiği... Gondollar! Kanalları gondolla gezip, gondolcunun söylediği şarkılarla mest olup, şarap keyfi yapabilirsiniz. Tabi ki tuzlu bir ücret karşılığında:)
And of course a Venice classic...The Gondolas! You can see the canals by the gondols, be influenced by the songs of the gondolier, drink wine. Of course you should pay a lot!
Venedik'e gitmişken civardaki adalara mutlaka gidin. Camıyla meşhur Murano'da bir ustanın camı nasıl şekillendirdiğini izleyin.Ağzınız bir karış açık kalacaktır, uyarmadı demeyin. Burano'da o kadar etkileyici olmasa da dantel işleyen yaşlı kadınları görebilirsiniz. Ama Burano çok güzel bir ada. Her ailenin kendine ait bir rengi var ve evler bu renklere göre boyanmış, her yer rengarenk. Toricello'da Venedik'in en eski katedralini görebilirsiniz.
You should see the nearby islands. In Muranı you must watch a Maestro working on glass. You will stand with an open mouth before it, i just wanted to warn you! You can watch old ladies working on lace, but it is not that impressive. But Burano is a very beautiful island. Every family has a color and every house is painted according to those colors, everywhere is colorful. You can see the oldest Cathedral of Venice in Toricello.

Venedik etkileyici bir yer. Ama etkileyicilikten öte oldukça fotojenik bir şehir. Kimi zaman fotoğrafları gerçeğinden daha etkileyici. Kıskandım bu şehri. Çünkü bu şehir herkesin gözbebeği ama bence en iyi değil. İtalya'da çok daha güzel şehirler var.
Venice is somewhere impressive. But beyond this, it is a really photogenic city. Sometimes the photos are much more impressive than the original. I was jealous of this city because it is flower of everyone, but in my opinion it is not the best. In Italy there are much more beautiful cities.
